KokoBerry “Win Açaí Bowls for a Year” Competition

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • Open to residents of new Zealand only.

    • Employees of KokoBerry and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Competition Period:

    • Entries open on Monday 01 November and close on Sunday 01 December at midnight.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Follow KokoBerry on any of their social platforms - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

    • Like the competition post.

    • Tag a friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry).

    • Optional: Share the post to your story for a bonus entry.

  4. Prize:

    • One winner (and their tagged friend) will each receive 1 açaí bowl per month for 12 months, valued up to $25 per bowl.

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.

  5. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the competition period ends.

    • The winner will be announced on Wednesday 04 December via our social media channels and contacted via direct message.

  6. Claiming the Prize:

    • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

    • If no response is received within 48 hours, KokoBerry reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  7. Privacy:

    • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and tagged friend’s name in announcements related to the competition.

  8. Liability:

    • KokoBerry is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues on social media platforms.

  9. Right to Modify or Cancel:

    • KokoBerry reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of our control.

  10. Acknowledgment:

  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
